How can apply for Saheli Pink Card?
- Users can visit their nearest DTC centre and provide their name, mobile number, and Aadhaar-linked to mobile number to the available FOS agent at the centre.
Self onboarding process – Click the link (Pink Smart Card), enter your mobile number and aadhaar number, verify via OTP, and download the QR acknowledgement. Present QR acknowledgement to the agent at the authorized DTC centre to collect your card.
What is the age eligibility for Saheli Pink Card?
Only women and transgender who are residents of Delhi and aged 5 years or above are eligible.
What documents are required for Saheli Pink Card?
For Pink Card issuance, only a physical Aadhaar card is required. Additionally, the user’s name and Aadhaar-linked mobile number are required for verification.
Is there any fee applicable for Saheli Pink Card?
The first card is absolutely free. In case the card is lost or damaged, a replacement fee of ₹59 will be applicable.
Can the Pink Smart Card be used in the Metro?
Yes, the Pink Smart Card can also be used in the Delhi Metro and RRTS. However, the card must be recharged before use, as free travel is applicable only on DTC buses.
What are the authorised DTC centre timings for card issuance?

How can I add balance to the Saheli Pink Card for metro travel?
Users can add money by scanning the QR code on the back of the card through any UPI app. After adding money, the card must be topped up before Metro use, which can be done through Add Value Machines (AVMs) available at Metro stations or at the Metro counter by the Metro staff.
What is the validity of this card?

What should users do if they do not receive the OTP at the time of mobile & Aadhar verification?
- If the mobile OTP is not received, it may be due to network issues or the absence of an active SMS pack.
- If the Aadhaar OTP is not received, possible reasons may include the mobile number not being linked with Aadhaar or temporary issues from the UIDAI server side.
