How can I pay bills using Mufinpay SuperApp?
Navigate to bill Payment Section in App, Select the biller, enter your account details, and proceed with payment using your wallet balance.
What about Failed Transaction’s TAT and Harmonization?
A failed transaction is one that hasn’t been successfully completed due to reasons not related to the customer, such as network issues, funds unavailability , or session timeouts. This also covers cases where credit couldn’t be transferred to the beneficiary’s account due to incomplete or incorrect information , resulting in a delay in the reversal transaction. We follow RBI guidelines for harmonization and compensation for failed transaction.
Why I am unable to pay the Bill?
a) Please check, if you have entered the details correctly.
b) Payment failure could be due to an issue at operator’s end. We suggest you to retry after sometime.
What if recharge made to wrong number/ account?
We are sorry to hear this but the recharge request has been successfully processed by the Operator and we do not have any control once the request is processed. We request you to contact the operator for the same.
To avoid these kinds of instances, we request you to first cross check the details before completing any transaction.
What if I am unbale to recharge and it’s Failing repeatedly?
Recharge failure could be due to an issue at operator’s end. We request you to please retry after sometime.
If your number is ported, then select the correct operator and circle manually.
What happens if my payment fails?
If a payment fails, the amount is usually refunded to your wallet or original payment source within 3–5 business days. You can contact Mufinpay support for assistance.
Can I use Mufinpay to pay bills for someone else?
Yes, you can pay bills for family or friends by entering their account or consumer number in the biller section. Just ensure the details are correct before confirming the payment.
