This policy is referred as to Refund and Cancellation Policy of Hindon Mercantile Limited (Herein after referred as to HML)
Our focus is on complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the product provided, we will refund back the money, If the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. In case of dissatisfaction from our products, customers have the liberty to cancel their orders and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:
Cancellation Policy
We are ready to accept cancellation before our product has not been issued, once product issued or details of our product are been issued we won’t accept any cancellation request. Cancellation fee will be charged as per norms of the HML.
Refund Policy
The Refund of the full amount excluding the convenience fee charged will be refunded to the same payment method used at the time of purchase. Convenience fee or handling fee is not refundable in any case.
Once a refund is processed, it will take 7-10 working days to reflect in the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
HML reserves the right to refuse/cancel any order. HML at its sole discretion may cancel any transaction(s)/order(s):
- If it suspects a fraudulent transaction, or
- If it suspects a customer has undertaken a transaction which is not in accordance with the Terms of Use or
- For any reason outside the control of the HML
Dispute Resolution

Jurisdiction:
Any disputes concerning Mufinpay products shall be subject to jurisdiction in NCT of Delhi and you by opting for Mufinpay products agree and submit to such jurisdiction.
